What states are you licensed in?

I am licensed to serve clients in Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, and Massachusetts.

How are sessions conducted?

All services are offered via HIPPA compliant telehealth (video) platform

What is the cost & do you accept insurance?

Some clients prefer to pay out of pocket for services to avoid information being shared with insurance providers or I am out of network with their plan. Intake sessions are $200 and individual sessions are $175.

Super bills are available if clients would like to utilize their out of network benefits or you may be interested in utilizing platforms such as reimbursify.com or thrizer.com to check OON benefits.

I do accept most major insurance plans and additional smaller plans. Commercial plans I am in network with include: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, Tricare East*, United Healthcare.

What does Perinatal Mental Health Certified mean & why is it important?

Perinatal mental health certified means that a therapist has specialty training through Postpartum Support International.

This certification assures you that your therapist has the most up to date training on diagnosis, intervention and resources.
